How Can I Enter a Competition?
To take part in a competition, simply follow these steps:
a. Go to the website and choose the competition you’d like to enter.
b. Provide the correct answer to the competition question.
c. Choose how many enries you want and proceed to checkout.
d. Log in to your account or create one if you don’t already have one.
e. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete your payment. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.
Where Is My Confirmation Email and Entry Information?
Once your entries have been purchased, a confirmation email containing your entries and entry numbers will be sent to you. This usually arrives within 10–15 minutes, although during busy periods it may take a little longer. Entry numbers are allocated immediately after purchase. How Can I See My Entry Numbers?
After logging into your account, tap (on mobile) or hover (on desktop) over your profile icon in the top-right corner. From the menu, select “My Competitions”. You’ll be able to view all entries numbers linked to the competitions you’ve entered. Best of luck!
How Will I Be Notified If I Win?
Winners are contacted by phone or email within 7 days after the competition closes. If your contact details change before the closing date, it’s your responsibility to let us know. If we’re unable to reach you within 14 days, the prize may be awarded to another entrant and the original winner will lose entitlement to the prize.

How Long Do Competitions Run?
Each competition’s opening and closing dates are clearly displayed on the website. If all entries haven’t sold, we may extend the closing date. Live draws can also be rescheduled due to unexpected situations, with announcements shared on our social media channels.
Who Is Eligible to Enter?
Anyone aged 18 or over may enter. Employees of the company, as well as employees of our agents or suppliers, are not permitted to take part.
What Prizes Can Be Won?
All prizes are fully detailed on the website. Additional information can be found by clicking through to the competition page. If a prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative of equal or higher value.
Is a Cash Option Available?
Where a cash alternative is offered, this will be clearly mentioned in the competition title. In some situations, if a winner requests a cash option that wasn’t advertised, we may check with our buyers to see if one can be arranged. Cash alternatives are most common for technology-based prizes, so feel free to ask.
How Is My Personal Information Used?

After the competition closes, all valid entries are published on our website and Facebook page within 24 hours, showing each entrant’s draw number. These numbers are used during the live draw, allowing you to follow along in real time. The winner is selected using the Google Random Number Generator during a live broadcast on Facebook or YouTube. Each competition displays a maximum number of entries, meaning your chances of winning depend on how many entries are available and how many are sold.
What If a Competition Doesn’t Sell All Entries?
If entries remain unsold, we may extend the closing date. In some cases, the prize may be changed or a percentage of entries sales may be offered instead. Regardless, the draw will still take place.

Why Does My Bank Show Payments as a “Subscription”?
